Eleni Pilla holds a PhD in Shakespeare on Screen from Royal Holloway, University of London. She has published essays on Othello and Cyprus, the translation of Shakespeare’s Sonnets into Greek and on theatrical and screen versions of Shakespearean plays. Eleni currently works as a Cultural Officer in European and International Affairs at the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus.
